How long does the experience take?
About 20–30 minutes.
Is this experience in English?
Yes. Our staff can guide you in simple, clear English.
Can children join?
Yes. Elementary school age and older: adult price. Preschool children: free with an adult (1 child per 1 adult). Matcha & sweets are for adults only. If a child disturbs others, we may ask you to leave.
Can I take photos or videos?
Photos and videos are welcome during your session.
Do I need to book in advance?
Reservations are recommended due to limited seating.
Do you offer allergy-friendly sweets?
Please tell us about any food allergies when booking or before your visit. Depending on the allergy, we may be able to change the sweets. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of allergens. For severe allergies, multiple allergies, or last-minute requests, we may not be able to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy & Important Information
Cancellation Policy
- Please contact us by email (info@aiwafuku.com) at least 2 days in advance for cancellation.
- For reservations of up to 4 people, please contact us by phone or email at least 3 days in advance.
- If we do not receive your notice, your reservation may be automatically canceled by the system.
- Free cancellation: Up to 2 days before your reservation
- 100% cancellation fee: For cancellations made within 2 days
- No-show: 100% of the fee will be charged
Return Time (Matcha Kimono Outstroll Plan)
- If your reservation is before 12:00 → Return by 16:30
- If your reservation is after 12:00 → Return by 17:30
- Late fee: ¥1,100 per person / every 10 minutes
Late Arrival
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a handling fee of ¥500 per person may be charged.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
