Cancellation Policy
Please read the policy below before booking.
Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation: Until 10:00 AM on the day before your reservation.
- 100% cancellation fee: Cancellations made after 10:00 AM on the day before your reservation.
- No-show / Late arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booked start time, it will be treated as a cancellation and a 100% fee will be charged.
Group Reservations (10 people or more)
- 100% cancellation fee: Cancellations made within 1 week of the reservation date.
- Reducing the number of guests: Up to 2 guests can be canceled free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day before the reservation.
If you reduce by 3 or more guests, the group policy above applies.

Refunds
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
Transaction fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
